This will be a 14 month Apprenticeship role at a Nursery in Banstead.
The candidate will be working at the Nursery 4 days a week and will attend Nescot College every other Friday to study for the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
An apprentice is paid for their working and learning hours and there are no course fees.
The next Level 3 Early Years apprentice course is due to start at Nescot on May/June 2026 - but you may be asked to start working with the employer sooner.

Typical jobs roles following Level 3 Early Years include: playworker, childminder, nursery supervisor, teaching assistant, educational support assistant.

GCSE or equivalent in:

To be eligible to do an apprenticeship you will need to be a UK citizen or have been a UK resident for the last 3 Years.
Overview of the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring that young children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe.
The broad purpose of the occupation is to provide high quality early education and care to children. Through an evidence-based approach, they provide opportunities and learning experiences for all children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Early years educators follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements set by government for the learning, development, and care of children from birth to 5 in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Before applying please ensure you can commit to working at least 30 hours per week for the next 14 months as well as attending in person learning at Nescot College (Epsom/Ewell) twice a month.
