About the Role
We’re recruiting Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants for a range of flexible opportunities across Southampton, including:
*Long-term placements
*Short-term cover
*Day-to-day supply work
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting childrens learning and development through play
*Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
*Working closely with nursery teams to deliver high-quality care
*Building positive relationships with children, staff and families
*Following safeguarding and EYFS guidelines
What We’re Looking For
*Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
*A nurturing, proactive and enthusiastic approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Reliability and a genuine passion for Early Years education
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
