About you - Cover Teacher - Northampton, Northamptonshire
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a solid understanding of curriculum expectations
*Confidently delivers pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
*Maintains a calm, structured learning environment that promotes positive behaviour
*Quickly builds rapport with pupils to ensure continuity of learning
*Adapts teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners
*Effectively manages classroom routines and transitions
