Job title: Assembly/Production Operative
Location: Ashford
Pay rate: £12.21
Contract: Ongoing temporary position
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5pm, early finish on a Friday!

Key Responsibilities
*Build and assemble electrical units by working from technical drawings, work instructions and guides.
*Operate a range of small hand tools and carry out basic soldering as part of the assembly process.
*Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality expectations and product specifications.
*Work efficiently to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience with soldering or electrical assembly would be a real advantage.
*A background in production, manufacturing, assembly or hands-on tool use is essential.
*Someone reliable, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
