Description
*Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their development and growth.
*Maintain and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
*Ensure compliance with auditing standards and internal procedures.
*Prepare and review audit reports, providing clear and concise recommendations.
*Assist in identifying business development opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
*Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients.
*Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in professional services.
Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
*Proven experience managing audit engagements within professional services.
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
*Leadership abilities to guide and develop team members effectively.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
