Job Description:
Sample & Logistics Coordinator - Temporary - Ferndown-12.64 ph.
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Sample & Logistics Coordinator to support a busy team on an 8-week contract, with the potential to become permanent.
Duties include:
*Receiving and distributing product samples to internal teams
*Preparing and arranging courier shipments
*Labelling samples and organising storage containers
*Weighing items and completing Waste Packaging Data forms (training provided)
*Taking photos of samples and saving to project folders
*Uploading marketing images to internal/external portals
The ideal candidate will:
*Be organised and reliable
*Have good attention to detail
*Be comfortable with basic computer tasks and handling physical samples
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Due to the location of the company, it would be beneficial for candidates to have access to their own transport / be able to drive.
This is a varied, hands-on role suitable for someone looking for a short-term opportunity with potential to become permanent.
