Tradewind Recruitment are seeking engaging Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools in Scunthorpe and the Lincoln area. We have several long-term and short-term vacancies starting ASAP that can either be part-time or full-time.
The ideal candidate should be able to work with pupils with additional needs and understand ECHPs and IEPs. Also carry out general TA duties such as assisting the teacher and students in the classroom.
The role will include the following:
*Supporting pupils with additional needs in small groups or 1:1
*Encourage and engage students in the classroom
*Uphold high expectations in the classroom and ensure behavioural policies are implemented
*Work with SEND pupils that have ECHPs and IEPs
During your time with Tradewind, we will support you with CPD Trainings provided by the National College, aswell as an excellent service, competitive pay, and regular check ins.

*Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service
*Right to work in the UK.
*Satisfactory References.
The rate for this role can be paid to scale, daily rate ranges between £90 - £100 per day.
