The Role:
A key member of the Account Management Team, this role partners with Account Managers to support in the delivery of new projects, drive quality, performance and consistancy.
As the business continues to innovate, the Account Executive will also work with Marketing and Product Development to promote the delivery of new initatives throughout the Account Management Team.
Duties include:
*Stakeholder management & relationship building: Works with the Account Managers to ensure expectations of stakeholders are met and ensures project documentation is maintained to include all key information
*Strategy & Growth: Supports the team in the delivery of the project strategy and monitors data to ensure growth is reviewed
*Objection handling & problem solving: Ensures appropriate conversations happen with clients and key stakeholders to identify their objectives and challenges and develops robust recommendations to achieve or overcome these
*Reporting & Analysis: Supports the team in the creation of any bespoke reporting requirements
*Client Satisfaction: Ensures surveys go out to all key users on a regular basis, collate and interprets results.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive individual, results driven and self motivated. A strong communicator and relationship builder. Prior experience in a service driven environment would be preferred
