We are working on behalf of a well-established main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of new build projects across residential, schools and healthcare environments.
This is a key role within the business, offering autonomy, variety, and long-term stability with a contractor known for repeat business and strong client relationships.
The Role:
*Managing 2–5 live refurbishment projects concurrently
*Project values typically ranging from £500k to £1m
*Full responsibility from pre-construction handover through to completion
*Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain performance
*Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
*Maintaining strong client relationships, particularly in live and occupied environments
*Regular reporting to senior management
The Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with a main contractor
*Experience working in residential, education and healthcare sectors
*Excellent commercial awareness and programme control
*Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary on Offer:
*Salary up to £80,000 + car / allowance
