A global law firm is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join its London Change team. You’ll play a key role in delivering business and technology transformation across the firm, working closely with senior stakeholders to improve processes and implement effective solutions.
The role
*Analyse business challenges and identify root causes
*Gather and document clear business requirements
*Map current processes and design improved future-state workflows
*Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
*Work with IT teams and vendors to deliver technology change
*Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value
What we’re looking for
*Experience as a Business Analyst on technology or transformation projects
*Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
*Experience with process mapping and business improvement
*Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
Desirable
*Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
*Exposure to enterprise systems such as CRM, document management or M365
