The role:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be a vital part of a motivated, close-knit team, responsible for:
*Negotiating offers and securing sales
*Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
*Arranging and attending viewings
*Proactively calling out new instructions
*Building strong relationships throughout the sales process
About you:
*Recent experience in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator
*Sales-driven, proactive attitude with ambition to succeed
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
*Knowledge of the Norwich market
