Cyber Security Specialist (OT & IT)

We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to secure our high-stakes Operational Technology (OT) and Enterprise IT environments. You will be the technical lead for our ISO 27001 certification and ensure our industrial control systems align with ISA/IEC 62443 standards. This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of how cyber risks manifest differently in hardware-centric vs. software-centric environments.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design, implement, and maintain secure OT systems in alignment with ISA/IEC 62443.
*Manage security controls across endpoints and cloud environments (Google Workspace, Cloudflare Zero Trust).
*Drive the organisation toward ISO 27001 certification and ensure continuous compliance.
*Perform technical risk assessments and prioritise vulnerabilities against an agreed risk framework.
*Improve security event alerting (SIEM) and lead incident response for both IT and OT assets.
*Oversee security incident management and coordinate response activities
*Partner with engineering teams to ensure secure configurations and strict access control across all technical assets.
Requirements:
*Proven hands-on experience securing industrial environments and enterprise IT.
*Solid knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and risk assessment methodologies.
*Ability to verify system architecture against internal and international standards.
*Experience applying risk assessment processes to technical assets and supporting internal or external audits.
*Deep understanding of Linux, network security, log management, and SIEM tools.
*Able to translate complex technical risks into actionable advice for business stakeholders.
*Relevant industry certifications are desirable.
