Property Manager - Deptford
Up to £35,000 Dependent on Experience
Licence and own car required
Our client, a respected independent Estate Agency, is seeking a Property Manager to join their vibrant team in Deptford. Looking after a Portfolio of Properties. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward, set within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Developing and expanding your industry knowledge whilst working alongside a great team of like-minded professionals who are committed to excellence.
Typical duties will include:
*Check ins and check out inventory reporting.
*Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers
*Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork
*Carrying out property inspections and meter readings
*Preparing and supplying basic landlords’ accounts
Skills Required:
*At least one year experience in a similar role
*Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
*Full clean driving licence
*Customer service
