Technical Account Manager (Sales Support)
Location: Bakewell – Office Based
Salary: Up to £32,000
Anna Maher Recruitment is recruiting for a well-established UK engineering manufacturer in the Peak District. We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to support the sales team and distributor network.
About the Role:
You will provide day-to-day support to Territory Managers, helping manage distributor communications, prepare quotations, and track sales opportunities. This is a hands-on role where your organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and issue sales quotations
*Maintain accurate logs of enquiries and opportunities
*Follow up on quotations and project updates
*Act as main contact for distributors on administrative and sales support matters
*Liaise with internal teams to support smooth order processing
Who We’re Looking For:
*Experience in sales support, account management, or B2B customer service
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*Proactive, methodical, and detail-focused
Desirable:
*Experience with technical, industrial, or engineered products
*Exposure to international distributors
*Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems such as SAP
