This role involves working with students who experience social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges and benefit from additional pastoral support throughout the school day.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will help students manage emotions, build resilience, and stay engaged with learning. Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals, you will support students both in the classroom and through one-to-one interventions.
