Job Description:
*Contract Type: Temporary (up to 4 weeks)
*Start Date: ASAP (subject to equipment availability)
*Location: Coventry
*Working Pattern: Office-based, Monday–Friday
*Hours: 8:00–16:00 (30-minute break)
*Flexible hours available
*Travel: Not required
*Parking: Free onsite parking; accessible via bus routes
Key Responsibilities
*Finalise and enhance an existing Power App designed to centralise reporting previously managed in Excel.
*Optimise the user interface to ensure simplicity, accessibility, and efficient data entry.
*Integrate reporting elements into one streamlined, centralised system.
*Work within the organisation’s Microsoft ecosystem (Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate where relevant).
*Ensure the app is robust, scalable, and easy for internal teams to maintain.
*Carry out testing, bug fixes, and final refinements.
*Handover the completed solution to the internal stakeholder for ongoing ownership.
Skills & Experience Required
*Strong, demonstrable experience developing solutions in Microsoft Power Apps.
*Familiarity with SharePoint integration and canvas app optimisation.
*Ability to translate complex processes into simplified digital workflows.
*Experience working with datasets previously managed through Excel is beneficial.
*Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
*Detail-oriented approach to testing and problem-solving.
