SEND Teaching Assistant - Primary School, Bedworth
Are you full of patience, positivity, and a passion for helping children shine? We’re looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our amazing primary school team! In this role, you’ll support children with Autism and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), helping them learn, play, and grow every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Working alongside pupils with Autism and PMLD in the classroom and in one-to-one sessions.
Helping create fun, engaging, and personalised learning activities.
Encouraging positive behaviour and social skills through everyday interactions.
Teaming up with teachers, therapists, and families to support every child’s needs.
Celebrating achievements and tracking progress in meaningful ways.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEND, especially Autism and PMLD.
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to adapt activities and resources to suit each child.
