What You’ll Be Doing
*Designing and delivering creative, personalised lessons that inspire and support children with SEN.
*Using specialist strategies and resources that help each child learn in the way that suits them best.
*Adapting your teaching to meet diverse learning needs and helping students grow in confidence.
*Working closely with a warm, collaborative team of teachers, parents, and external specialists.
*Creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where children feel valued and empowered.
*Keeping clear, meaningful records to track and celebrate each pupil’s progress.
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
*Previous experience supporting children with SEN.
*Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and how to adapt it effectively.
*A kind, patient, and imaginative approach to teaching.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
*A genuine passion for helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
