Reception Teacher
Location: Banbury
Start Date: After Easter 2026
Pay Scale: Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale + potential TLR
Are you an Early Years teacher looking for a new opportunity from Easter 2026?
Are you interested in a Reception teaching role with the potential for additional responsibility?
A welcoming and supportive primary school in Banbury are seeking a Reception Teacher to join their team from after Easter 2026. This role offers the potential for a TLR and is ideal for a passionate Early Years practitioner who is confident delivering the EYFS curriculum and supporting children at the very start of their school journey.
Within this role you will take full responsibility for a Reception class, planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with Early Years staff and senior leaders to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where children can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
