What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you’ll take charge of the entire recruitment journey, including:
*Managing the full permanent recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
*Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
*Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
*Advertising roles, searching databases, and headhunting top talent
*Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting high-quality candidates
*Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience
*Advising clients on market insights, hiring strategies, and talent trends
*Negotiating offers, salaries, and employment packages
*Maintaining accurate and organised records in our recruitment CRM system
*Achieving individual and team targets while celebrating shared success


What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is driven, confident, and passionate about people and business growth:
*Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (recruitment experience highly desirable)
*Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
*A target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
*Highly organised with great time management skills
*Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
*Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
