We’re looking for a motivated and organised Temps Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Reigate. In this role, you’ll manage temporary placements across a variety of sectors, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver quick, effective staffing solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and achieving results in a dynamic recruitment environment.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing the full temporary recruitment lifecycle – from job brief through to successful placement
*Building strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities
*Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for temporary assignments
*Maintaining a strong pipeline of ready-to-work temporary candidates
*Coordinating bookings, assignments and timesheets
*Ensuring compliance with employment and right-to-work regulations
*Working towards individual and team targets for placements and client growth
*Delivering outstanding support to both clients and candidates throughout each assignment


What We’re Looking For
*Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential)
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment
*Excellent organisation and time management
*Confidence using CRM systems, job boards and Microsoft Office
*A resilient, target-driven mindset
*A proactive, positive and self-motivated attitude
