The Firm
Our client is an established, commercial law firm in the heart of the West End. They have grown substantially over the last few years, and are now seeking a Office Administrator to join their team.
The Opportunity
This is a varied and hands-on position combining office administration and reception support. The successful Office Administrator will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing efficient administrative support and maintaining a professional front-of-house service for clients and visitors. Duties to include:
*Sorting incoming post and scanning to recipients
*Processing outgoing post, including taking any necessary deliveries to the local Post Office
*Booking couriers
*Processing scanning/copying/printing jobs;
*Filing/retrieving filed documents
*Managing boardroom diaries and ensuring boardrooms are properly cleared and set up for scheduled meetings
*Ensuring office, kitchen and stationary stock is sufficiently up to date
*Managing reception client facing duties, including answering calls, taking ID documents, greeting clients for scheduled meetings, taking receipt of deliveries
*Collecting files and other documents from off-site storage facility
*Limited premises duties, including arranging periodic carpet cleaning/furniture refurbishment
*Restaurant bookings and buying lunches for inter-office staff meetings
This Office Administrator opportunity is a full time, office based role, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Requirements
*Previous experience working as an Office Administrator is essential
*Previous experience working on a reception desk is highly desirable
*Confident meeting and greeting clients
