Credit Controller
Full-time - 6 month contract
Salary up to £30,000
We are working with a dynamic international business operating across global markets to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a 6-month contract. This role is fully office-based so you must be able to reliably commute to their offices in West Somerset.


Key Responsibilities:
*Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence.
*Maintain accurate records of communication and payment arrangements.
*Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts accurately.
*Reconcile accounts and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
*Monitor aged debt reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
*Assist with month-end reporting and cashflow forecasting.
*Support the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.


Requirements:
*Previous credit control experience, ideally within FMCG.
*Available on short notice of up to 2 weeks
*Strong knowledge of multi-currency export environments.
*Reliably commute to West Somerset
*Confident negotiator with strong communication skills.
