We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional IT support and service to the Company’s clients.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team, providing first-line IT support and acting as the first point of contact for client technical issues. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve support tickets, manage your workload effectively, and deliver a high level of customer service while working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous IT support / Service Desk experience in fast moving environment within a MSP (Managed Service Provider) is ESSENTIAL.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Office 365 and SharePoint
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Ability to configure and support Windows devices (laptops/desktops)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning new technologies
• Team player who remains calm and professional under pressure
