Senior Business Support Officer
*Hourly Rate: £13.69 PAYE
*Location: Sheffield S1 / Hybrid
*Job Type: Full-time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
We are seeking a Senior Business Support Officer to provide efficient and effective support to the Sexual Health Commissioning staff. This role is crucial in supporting the procurement of new sexual health services and involves a range of responsibilities from financial management to customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide comprehensive financial and business process support to enhance the efficiency of the sexual health services procurement.
*Produce and manage documents, including taking minutes during meetings.
*Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Assist in various administrative tasks to support the commissioning team.
*Ensure all business activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in business support or a similar role.
*Strong ability in financial management and business processes.
*Excellent document production and minute-taking skills.
*High level of proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
*Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
*Ability to work independently without supervision.
