We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Assistant Directors within the Children and Families Service at Sheffield City Council. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in a fast-paced, senior-level environment, offering a wide range of administrative services including complex diary and inbox management.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide comprehensive support to the Assistant Directors, managing complex diaries and email inboxes.
*Work closely with the Children’s Services Leadership Team, handling sensitive information and briefing the Assistant Directors on key issues.
*Collaborate with a wide range of people at all levels, both internally and externally, to build strong working relationships.
*Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a public sector or council environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to handle sensitive and difficult information discreetly.
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Flexible and highly motivated to meet the demands of a senior-level role.
