We are seeking a UK-based Senior Consultant with strong retail banking / wealth platform transformation experience to support the delivery of a complex migration and operating model change programme.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience of UK financial services transformations, particularly across customer/account migrations, cash and asset transfers, reconciliation, regulatory controls, and operational readiness. They will be comfortable working across both business and technical stakeholders, helping shape and complete a detailed Statement of Work covering migration framework enhancements, reconciliation processes, history/data requirements, and technical consultation topics such as fees, book cost and corporate actions.

Key requirements include: *Strong experience in UK retail banking, platform, wealth or pensions transformation
*Proven delivery involvement in large-scale migration programmes
*Understanding of cash and stock movements, reconciliation, ETL, and migration controls
*Working knowledge of regulatory and operational considerations, including FCA/CASS and audit/reconciliation obligations
*Sufficient technical know-how to engage effectively with architects, engineers, data teams and operations SMEs
*Ability to define scope, identify dependencies, challenge assumptions, and turn business needs into clear delivery outcomes
This role requires a consultant who can combine strategic thinking, hands-on programme support, and technical credibility to help refine the migration approach and ensure the Statement of Work is complete, practical and deliverable.
