Job Description:
We are working with a fast-growing international investment advisory platform that partners with leading mid-market private equity managers across Europe and the US. The firm supports high-quality growth and buyout funds in connecting with sophisticated global investors.
Due to continued expansion, they are looking to hire a Capital Raising Associate / Sales professional to join their London team. This is a highly commercial role focused on building relationships with family offices and supporting fundraising campaigns for established private equity managers.
The Role
You will play a key role in helping raise capital for a range of European and US mid-market growth and buyout funds. Working alongside senior distribution professionals, you will help develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and family offices across Europe and North America.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting fundraising processes for private equity funds and co-investment opportunities
*Building and maintaining relationships with European family offices and US endowment funds
*Identifying and qualifying new investor prospects
*Coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, and due diligence processes
*Managing investor communications and marketing materials
*Maintaining CRM systems and tracking fundraising pipelines
*Working closely with private equity managers to position their strategies effectively to investors
Candidate Profile
*2–5 years’ experience in institutional sales, capital raising, private markets fundraising, or investor relations
*Candidates MUST have experience in outbound sales.
*Experience engaging with institutional investors such as family offices, endowment funds, UHNWIs, or similar would is highly desirable
*An interest in private equity, growth equity, and alternative investments
*Highly commercial mindset with strong relationship-building ability
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
