Job Title: Part time HR Officer
Location: You will be based across regional offices: Horsham, Worthing, Brighton, Eastbourne, Haywards Heath & Bexhill
Salary: Full time equivalent £30k
Hours: Part time between 25h - 30h, this is 12 months fixed term contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time HR Officer to support our people operations across multiple regional locations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety in their work, building relationships with teams across sites, and providing practical HR support in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, recruitment support, and compliance. The role includes regular travel to regional offices/sites to ensure consistent HR support and presence. Driving license and own transportation required.

HR Officer Responsibilities:
*Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
*Assist with recruitment processes including advertising roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
*Support employee onboarding and induction processes
*Support the HR Manager with employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary processes, and grievances
*Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across sites
HR Officer will have / be: *Previous experience in an HR Officer or HR Advisor role
*Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Strong organisational and administrative abilities
*Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
