Hiring an experienced Loan Agency professional to join a leading financial institution in London on a permanent basis. You’ll gain exposure to a broad mix of transactions within a culture that values professionalism, collaboration, and growth. Hybrid working model (minimum three days in the office).
In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of deals and independently manage end-to-end agency activities. This includes handling drawdowns, rollovers, prepayments, rate fixings, amendments, restructures, and payments — while maintaining strong relationships with both borrowers and lenders.
We’re seeking someone with ideally 4+ years of Loan Agency experience, who has exposure to Loan IQ or similar systems, and a solid understanding of LMA loan documentation. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.
