Job Description:
Summary of the apprenticeship
This qualification is work related and will relate specifically to your job role.
Units include:
201- Consultation
202- Shampoo & Condition
203- Cut Hair
204- Style & Finish
205- Colour Hair
206-207- Hair relaxing treatment and techniques
The duration of this programme is 24 months, plus an average of 3-6 months for the End Point Assessment.
*Work with Senior Stylist, helping and learning
*Welcoming Clients
*Checking clients into the system
*Washing Hair
*Preparing clients for stylist
*General day to day tidying and cleanliness
*Making Tea & Coffee for clientele
*Once confident, having own clients with guidance from Senior Stylist/Owner
*Must be Hard working
*Willing to learn
*Able to use own initiative
*Good communication skills
Working schedule to be confirmed with salon
Minimum 30 hours per week paid including one day per week in college
