The Successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*A solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
*Experience teaching Year 1 and/or Year 2
*A positive, nurturing approach that supports inclusive learning
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative teaching team
