Description
Office Manager responsibilities:


*Oversee the setup and ongoing management of the new London office, including workspace layout, equipment, supplies, and IT coordination.
*Oversee the smooth running of the office, including managing supplies and facilities.
*Act as the main point of contact for building management, suppliers, contractors and service providers.
*Meet and greet visitors to the office.
*Manage office budgets and ensure cost-efficiency in daily operations.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
*Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
*Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.


Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:


*Previous experience in an office management role, ideally within financial services.
*Previous experience in opening a new office would be preferential.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
*Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve quickly, and remain calm under pressure.
*Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheets.
