Job Description:
A fantastic newly created opportunity has arisen for a results-driven Internal Sales Manager to lead a growing team of sales advisors in a busy and vibrant well-established B2C company near Reading. The ideal candidate will be proactive, will lead by example and be able to motivate a call centre sales team to achieve a high level of success and customer satisfaction. This is a busy, varied and exciting role with excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Delivering against sales targets across multiple products and service
*Achieving product and cross sell KPIs
*Monitoring sales team performance
*Ongoing monitoring of calls and behaviour
*Providing support and advice to telesales teams
*Ability to make quick, evidence-based decisions
*Handling escalated customer enquiries from the sales team
*Planning and implementing sales promotions and staff incentives
*Ensure staff attendance and punctuality
*Hosting daily sales meetings with team
*Planning and implementing personal performance meetings
*Working with HR to ensure smooth day to day operations
*Plan and manage staff rotas
*Staff coaching, training and development
Requirements:
*Proven B2C experience within a high-volume outbound telephone-based sales role
*Prior experience leading an internal telesales team
*Leadership/coaching ability to motivate to achieve KPIs and sales targets
*Effective planning and communication skills
