You’ll join teams committed to helping students with SEMH needs, ADHD, and autism reach their full potential.
�? What You’ll Be Doing
As an SEN Support Assistant, you’ll:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
* Assist with personalised learning plans
* Support emotional regulation, social development and communication
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
* Promote positive behaviour and consistency in the classroom
Each day will be different, offering meaningful opportunities to help pupils build confidence and independence.
�? What We’re Looking For
* Patient, calm and reliable
* Passionate about SEN support and child development
* Open to training, including autism awareness and SEMH strategies
* Motivated by improving outcomes for young people
* Experience with supporting people with SEN needs
?? Desirable (but not essential):
* GCSE/O Level or equivalent
* A driving licence (helpful for some school locations)
