Internal Recruiter

Tony Alan is proud to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Gatwick to recruit an Internal Recruiter on a temporary basis. This assignment is expected to run for approximately two months and has arisen during an exciting period of growth as the business continues to expand its workforce.
Our client is a recognised leader within its sector, renowned for delivering high-quality services and maintaining exceptional standards for its customers. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will join a collaborative and supportive HR team and play a key role in managing recruitment activity during this busy period. This is a fast-paced internal recruitment role that will suit someone who is proactive, resilient, highly organised, and passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Source and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of direct sourcing methods and talent platforms
*Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand role requirements and support workforce planning.
*Develop and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of suitable candidates.
*Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews as part of the selection process.
*Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback in line with agreed service levels.
*Produce regular recruitment reports, including weekly dashboards and KPI updates, to track hiring activity and progress
The successful candidate will be immediately available, or able to start at short notice, and bring proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will be a confident and capable recruiter with a track record of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
Ideally, you will have experience recruiting within the healthcare sector or a similar environment. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers. You will also be confident in direct sourcing techniques and experienced in using a variety of applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
