Sales Account Manager – Digital Partnerships

Guildford | £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35,000+)

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Office-based
We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing digital customer acquisition agency that specialises in helping brands find the right customers at the right time. The business partners with over 200 publishers and reaches millions of users across multiple sectors and channels.
Their model is completely free for advertisers, with revenue earned through long-standing publisher partnerships. This allows them to deliver unbiased, performance-driven growth for a wide variety of clients.
As the team continues to strengthen its presence in the digital customer acquisition space, they are now looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to join their Guildford office. This position is ideal for someone with a background in sales or account management who enjoys building relationships, supporting partners, and working in a fast-paced commercial environment. No industry experience is required; full training and ongoing development are provided.
As a Sales Account Manager, your duties will include:

• Managing and supporting a wide range of digital partners

• Keeping partners engaged with regular updates, campaign insights, and access to high-performing promotional materials

• Proactively growing the partner network

• Introducing new partners to the company’s free-to-join model, onboarding them effectively and supporting early activity

• Monitoring partner performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and working with internal teams to enhance campaign success

• Ensuring all activity follows responsible marketing guidelines while maintaining accurate records and documentation
The successful Sales Account Manager will have:

• 1+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development

• Confident communication skills with a proactive, relationship-focused approach

• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills

• A positive, motivated attitude and enjoyment of speaking with people daily

• No industry experience required - full training provided
