What You’ll Be Doing
As our Telesales Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our growing customer base and driving new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
*Engaging with both warm and cold leads
*Building strong customer relationships over the phone
*Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right solutions
*Maintaining accurate call records and follow-up notes
*Hitting achievable KPIs and contributing to team sales targets
*Working closely with the wider Business Support and Sales teams
