Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator - Facades will involve:
*Estimator position dealing with cladding across a range of projects commercial and residential projects
*Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
*Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
*Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
*Carrying out site surveys as and when required
*Producing formal quotations to clients
*Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
*Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Facades with:
*Must have estimating experience with cladding such as rainscreen and curtain walling
*Ideally have experience across other parts of building envelope such as Glass Reinforced Concrete, Brickslips, Terracotta, Renders, Aluminium and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL)
*Understanding of Bluebeam software package
*High levels of organisation and excellent time management
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Excellent analytical and numerical skills
*Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
