Our client is seeking a highly skilled Van Technician to join their dynamic team in Redruth. The Van Technician role is integral to maintaining high standards of vehicle safety and performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Duties:
*Servicing and repairing vans efficiently while maintaining high standards
*Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
*Performing routine vehicle health checks and safety inspections
*Maintaining accurate and detailed service records
*Collaborating closely with the Workshop Controller to ensure smooth workshop operations
*Assisting in developing and refining workshop procedures as the business expands
*Contributing to a positive team environment in a newly established workshop setting
Requirements:
*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or similar
*Proven experience working as a Van Technician or in a comparable role
*Strong diagnostic skills and keen attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence
*Enthusiasm for working in a new, modern workshop environment
*Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive workshop culture
