Job Description:
Do you enjoy being the welcoming face of a business and ensuring a busy office runs smoothly?
Our client, a well-established organisation in Poole, is looking for a Reception and Office Administrator to join their team. In this role you will handle a variety of tasks from being the first point of contact for the business, managing first impressions while maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring the front-of-house is professional, tidy and welcoming.
*Answering, screening and directing incoming calls and email enquiries.
*Managing the office diary, scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms.
*Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
*Coordinating meetings and assisting with company events, including arranging travel and accommodation.
*Supporting the day-to-day running of the office by managing supplies and providing general administrative assistance.
Who They’re Looking for:
*A positive and customer-focused approach.
*Previous experience in an office administration or reception role.
*Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and use your initiative
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
*A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above, including Maths and English, or an equivalent qualification.
