*Location: Crawley
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Hybrid after probation)
*Salary: £28,000
We are currently partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a proactive and highly capable Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is naturally "switched on", enjoys a fast-paced environment and brings a balance of professionalism with a positive, personable approach.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both the Safe System of Work Planner and the Project Management team, ensuring seamless coordination of administrative processes and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day project activities. We’re looking for someone confident, organised and adaptable, someone who can keep things moving, communicate effectively, and slot comfortably into a team that values both efficiency and good humour.
Day-to-day Duties of the role:
*Provide administrative and project support to the Safe System of Work Planner and Project Managers.
*Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and filing systems.
*Assist with the preparation of project documentation, reports and spreadsheets.
*Collect and collate working hours data and project information.
*Support tender preparation through document collation and administrative input.
*Liaise with site teams, clients and suppliers as required.
*Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and general office administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Administrative skills with a proven ability to handle project support tasks.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficient in using office software and systems for data management and documentation.
*Good communication skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders including site teams, clients and suppliers.
*Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
*Adaptable and resilient, with a good sense of humour and the ability to maintain professionalism in a relaxed workplace culture.
