Duties:
*Conduct MOT tests on a wide range of vehicles efficiently and accurately within allocated timeframes
*Complete repair and service records following company standards
*Promote best practices in vehicle security and customer confidentiality
*Assist in maintaining workshop cleanliness and safety standards
*Support team members and management with workshop activities as required
Requirements:
*NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance or related field
*Valid MOT Testing Licence essential
*Proven experience performing MOT tests
*Ability to provide basic tooling or willingness to purchase own tools
*Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
*Good knowledge of the motor trade
*Full UK driving licence is mandatory
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
*Excellent team player with good communication skills
