We’re looking for an experienced CNC Operative to join a precision engineering team. You’ll set up, operate and monitor CNC to produce quality components to engineering drawings and production targets.
Key Responsibilities*Read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
*Set up, run and monitor CNC machines
*Load materials, change tooling/fixtures
*Perform first-off and in-process inspections (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
*Maintain production records and job cards
*Report quality issues and support continuous improvement
*Follow all H&S and quality procedures
Essential Requirements*Able to read engineering drawings
*2+ years machining experience
*Hands-on CNC operation and basic setup skills
*Competent with measuring tools
*Strong attention to detail and good time management
Desirable*CNC or conversational programming
*Knowledge of tooling, feeds and speeds
*Experience with ISO quality standards
