The Role
As a Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer, you will gain exposure to a variety of projects while working closely with experienced engineers and consultants. The role will involve a balance of site work and technical reporting, providing excellent training and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with Phase 1 Desk Studies and Phase 2 Ground Investigations
*Soil and groundwater sampling and logging on site
*Supporting contaminated land risk assessments
*Preparing factual and interpretative reports
*Assisting with data analysis and environmental assessments
*Liaising with contractors, clients, and the wider project team
*Ensuring work is completed in line with health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
*A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline
*Strong interest in geoenvironmental and ground investigation work
*A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning
*Full UK driving licence
