We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a fast-growing logistics company based in West Thurrock. This is an exciting opportunity to lead warehouse operations within a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage teams, and ensure efficient goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch.
*Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
*Monitor stock accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse KPIs.
*Ensure all operations comply with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
*Optimise warehouse layout, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency.
*Work closely with logistics, transport, and customer teams to meet delivery deadlines.
*Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor within a fast paced environment.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Experience with WMS systems and inventory management.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*Good understanding of health & safety and warehouse best practices.
