Casualty Solicitor - NQ-3 PQE
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)
Salary: £41,000 - £50,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

A Top 50 UK law firm is looking to expand its highly regarded Casualty team with the appointment of a Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and supportive team handling a varied caseload of litigated Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claims. The Role

You will manage your own caseload of predominantly litigated matters including:
*Employers’ Liability claims
*Public Liability claims
*Liability investigations and case strategy
*Managing claims through the litigation process
*Working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective outcomes

About You
*Newly Qualified up to 3 years’ PQE
*Previous litigation experience
*Experience in claimant or defendant work (claimant solicitors looking to transition into defendant work are encouraged to apply)
*Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach to case management
