Job Description:

The roleWorking with the UK’s leading events and experiential agencies and global brands, you will be the Recruitment Consultant who truly understands the client’s business and recruitment needs. From junior Event Executives through to Heads of Events, you will use your expertise to fully grasp the brief and find the right talent.
You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including:
*Proactively building relationships with potential new clients
*Meeting clients (face-to-face or virtually)
*Taking detailed briefs – not just the role, but understanding the business and how the position fits within it
*Writing compelling job adverts
*Briefing our candidate resource team
*Searching our extensive network (with team support) for potential candidates
*Interviewing candidates to understand their experience and career aspirations
*Arranging interviews and managing offers
