In-House Infrastructure Engineer
Purpose: To implement, maintain and support IT infrastructure and services across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
*Install, configure and maintain servers, networks and cloud services
*Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
*Support upgrades, migrations and projects
*Maintain system documentation and standards
*Work closely with Service Desk and Architects
*Visit client offices when onsite work is required
