General Operatives – Twilight Shift – 6pm to Midnight Monday to Friday - Short Term Summer Series!
Quality Personnel have been working with AQA for many years, and we are delighted to be supporting them again this Summer to recruit hundreds of workers for their busiest period of the year May to July with a chance of being extended.
AQA are responsible for scanning and marking over half of all GCSEs and A-levels taken in the UK every year and here at their Milton Keynes sites we are looking to hire a variety of workers to join AQA on a short-term contract!
The project commences on the approximately 5 May 2026 and is due to finish approximately end of June 2026 (please note these are contract dates and your start date & duration on the project will depend on the role allocated and workload). Flexibility is essential.
In order for timescales to be met you MUST be available to work a five-day week and have no holidays booked for the duration of the project.
The project is in relation to the preparation, processing and scanning of examination papers and we have a variety of roles to fill including:
*Data Entry Operator
*Scanning Operator
*Query Operator
*QC
*Warehouse Operator
*Guillotine Operator
Each role is repetitive, however as you will be working with materials that represent years’ of hard work for individual candidates who have taken exams, you must be able to stay focussed on quality and be able to work efficiently and accurately taking responsibility for your part in the process.
You will be given full training although you should be confident in highlighting any issues or questions to your Supervisor.
The working environment:
The building you will be working in was designed specifically to support the various processes allowing AQA to deliver an excellent and accurate result to their customers, it also offers high standard facilities including an excellent restaurant with comfortable surroundings to accommodate the workforce.
As you’ll be working at a secure site you will be given a photographic badge to wear at all times whilst on site. This means when you register with Quality Personnel you will be required to provide a recent photograph, up to date CV, ID/Right to work and reference details.
